Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and all U.S. territories and outlying islands.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes due to the perishability of our apples.
Where does my order ship from?
Each apple is entrusted to us from our reliable New York apple growers and is freshly packed and shipped from our facility in Western New York.
When will I get my order?
Shipping occurs Monday to Wednesday to maintain freshness. Orders placed after 12 noon on Wednesdays ship the following Monday to prevent shipping delays over the weekends.
What are Apples Direct shipping rates?
We strive to deliver all orders within a 1-3 day transit. As such shipping rates vary depending on where you would like to send your apples. We utilize all major carriers and you can find your best rate at check out.

What is the return policy?
Since apples are a perishable product we do not accept returns of the apples. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to us via the contact form and we will assist with a refund or replacement.
